Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok

Best location in Bangkok. Peaceful environment. Luxurious environment. Perfectly trained staff, genuinely beautiful. Amazing breakfast. With whatever you could dream for.

The swimming pool staff, especially Sumita, were extremely efficient in getting seats for everyone even when it was crowded, and were always extremely courteous and always wore a smile. The same could be said of the breakfast staff who always managed to find a table or had alternative suggestions when the queues were long. The reception and concierge were a bit hit and miss with regards to helping with banking/cash issues, but I did appreciate their cheery demeanour early in the morning on New Year's Day - not easy! Overall, a top-notch stay. Will definitely return!

We loved the comfort, cleanliness and friendly vibe of the hotel. It is in a great location, very close to the sky train and metro. we also enjoyed being able to pop into the mall which was just over the bridge. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and helped us when needed. breakfast has a lot of variety and didn’t feel too busy at any point. The winter decorations made the hotel feel very Christmassy which we also loved. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have stayed in!

From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and impeccable service set the tone for my stay. The hotel's prime location, with direct access to the BTS Skytrain, made exploring Bangkok incredibly convenient. My room offered stunning city views and was luxurious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a spacious, amenity-stocked bathroom. The pool area, with its lush tropical setting, provided a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle, and the attentive poolside service enhanced the experience. The staff were professional and polite. Highly recommended!
